There were somewhere around 50 Ignite sessions at Evaluation 2012. Each one was recorded by Kevin Flora. Following the conference, Kevin will be going through each recording, editing and prepping for an eventual online release. Still too much generic
I guess it's a step in the right direction. Instead of just putting up a few bullet points, you searched the web and found the perfect ultra generic stock image. At some point in your life you were super creative, what happened to that you?
No furry cowhide chairs are available #eval12
I was fortunate to have a similar flight time as a few of my colleagues. We decided to eat together at an airport restaurant. The following cartoon depicts what happened next. It's times like these that I am most proud to hang out with the eval crowd.
Highlights from the #dataviz & #reporting TIG meeting #eval12
Last night I received further confirmation as to why I love being part of the data visualization and reporting topical interest group. It is just one big group of creatives and innovators. I can't wait until the recorded presentations go up on the web. Here are my cartoons.

I just checked into a very nice room here in Minneapolis, getting ready to have lunch then heading over to the conference hotel. My goal this year is to just take everything in and not spend too much time agonizing over my own presentations. I also plan to cartoon, cartoon, cartoon (and yes, saying “cartoon” […]
Stock Images are Lame
Why is it that some generic picture of a smiling person makes a site seem more professional?
